In the coming weeks, we shall be looking into the current odds set on various situations regarding the group stages. This week we take a look at Group E which contains the likes of France and Switzerland, and how the current odds are shaping up this particular group’s predictions.

Les Bleus only just managed to scrape through a play-off qualifier in order to appear at Brazil, yet they are currently slightly tipped to top the group with odds set at 1.80. Following closely behind the French are the Swiss with odds of them topping the group set at 3.60, whilst South Americans Ecuador even closer in third with odds set at 4.90. Honduras, meanwhile, languish as the least predicted to top the group with odds set at 30.00.

The odds of a French and Swiss progression is set with odds of 3.00, whilst replacing the Swiss with the Ecuadorians produces odds set at 4.20. Honduras coming in second place behind Les Bleus has odds of 18.00, showing how they’re the least expected to dazzle in Group E this summer.
